FAQs SECTION

What is this challenge all about?

The goal of this ongoing challenge (that you can join anytime,) is to discover a way for you to experience joy, peace, and contentment in your life.  What's holding you back?  What does contentment look like in your life?  You will journal about what you need, to break free from, in order to reach your goal.

Do I have to join the Facebook Group?

No, you don't.  I will include the journaling prompt in your daily email.  However, there will be an accountability post, for you to share a snippet with the group.  But don't worry, the snippet isn't mandatory. However, it gives me insight into topics for future training in the group.

How do I know what to journal about?

Every day at 6 am Eastern (M-F,) you'll receive an email with the journaling prompt and directions for the day. The prompts are designed to trigger shifts in your personal growth and unlock thoughts and ideas that may be holding you back, from living a life of contentment and joy.

What if I have questions or need more help?
